How do I apply?
You have two options: go to the nearest Itaú branch or you can visit the Itaú Bank website.
This option asks you to fill in some information such as your ID number, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), full name, and email address.

Itaú Gold Extra
Banco Itaú also offers its users the Itaú Gold Extra credit card, which provides installment payment options and various exclusive discounts at EXTRA supermarkets.
This credit card also converts your purchases into points that you can exchange for discounts at Extra supermarket stores.
3% of the value of your purchases at Extra supermarkets and approximately 1.5% of purchases at other establishments will be converted into points that can be used as credits to make purchases at Extra supermarket stores.
Each point you accumulate on your credit card will be worth R$1.00 in credit.
