That's why we're now going to start offering hassle-free personal loans! You can request the amount you need directly from our app. You'll receive a response to your request in up to 5 minutes, and if approved, the money will be deposited into your account the next business day.

Become a Neon customer
The personal loan service is exclusive to Neon customers. It's another benefit we offer to those who want to achieve their dreams and manage their money wisely.
Please note that this feature will be gradually rolled out to Neon customers. So, if the loan option isn't yet available to you in your Neon app menu, you'll need to wait for it to be released!
Select the “Loans” tab in the app.
On the app's home screen, you'll find the Loans section. By clicking this button, you'll need to indicate why you need the money: it could be for a vacation, a wedding, paying off debt, home renovations, or other options.
Run a simulation
Now it's time for you to simulate your loan. You can do this as many times as you want!
Set the loan amount you'd like to borrow and use our roulette wheel to determine the number of installments.
Hire us!
Once you've determined how much it costs to achieve your dream and how many installments you'll pay it in, it's time to apply for your loan!
You send us your request and we'll analyze it very carefully. Don't worry, at Neon there's no messing around: you'll know if your loan has been approved within 5 minutes of your request.
After that, you will need to read the entire contract and check the box indicating that you accept the terms and conditions. After that, the requested money will be deposited into your account within one business day. Amazing, right? Then all you have to do is get organized to make your dream a reality!
