Become a Neon customer
The personal loan service is exclusive to Neon customers. It's another benefit we offer to those who want to make their dreams come true and manage their money well.
Please note that this feature will be rolled out gradually to Neon customers. So, if the loan isn't available in your Neon app menu yet, you'll need to wait for it to be available!
Select the “Loans” tab in the app
On the app's home screen, you'll find the Loans section. When you click this button, you'll need to indicate why you need the money: it could be for a vacation, a wedding, paying off a debt, home renovations, or other options.
Run a simulation
Now it's time to simulate your loan. You can do this as many times as you like!
Set the amount you would like to borrow and use our roulette wheel to set the number of installments

Once you've decided how much it will cost to make your dream come true and how many installments you'll make, it's time to apply for your loan!
You submit your application and we'll carefully review it. Don't worry, there's no fuss at Neon: within 5 minutes of submitting your application, you'll know if your loan has been approved.
After that, you'll need to read the entire contract and indicate that you accept the terms. After that, the requested funds will be deposited in your account within one business day. Awesome, right? Then, all you need to do is get organized and make your dream a reality!
