If it has already been more than 60 days
When the deadline expires or the recycle bin has been manually emptied, the only option is to scan the memory. There are applications that scan the storage looking for image fragments that have not yet been overwritten.
This method doesn't rely on backups or the recycle bin. It works with what has already been recorded, and therefore the result varies from device to device.
WhatsApp photos have a different path
Images received in conversations are saved in a separate folder. Even after being deleted from the gallery, many remain in internal storage.
